Details Air-X Ranger Compressor – portable high-pressure compressor for HPA and PCP The Air-X Ranger Compressor by Ram Tactical is a compact high-pressure compressor for filling PCP air rifles, HPA tanks and paintball cylinders. It reaches a maximum fill pressure of 320 bar (4640 PSI), uses a fully oil-free design, and runs on both 110V/220V mains and a 12V car battery, weighing only 9 kg. Construction and materials The unit is driven by a 300 Watt electric motor with an air output of 11 litres per minute. It features built-in cooling fans, an oil and moisture filter, and a condensate separator, delivering clean, dry compressed air. The total weight is 9 kg, with an integrated carry handle and storage for the cables and fill hose. Noise output is limited to approximately 72 dB. Application and use The compressor fills a 500 cc PCP cylinder from 0 to 300 bar in roughly 13 to 14 minutes and can run continuously for up to 60 minutes without external water cooling. It suits PCP air rifles, PCP pistols, HPA tanks and paintball cylinders up to approximately 1.5 litres, for use at home, at the range or on location. Integration and compatibility An adjustable automatic stop function shuts the unit down once the set pressure is reached, while the built-in gauge shows live pressure. Overheat protection and a bleed valve support safe operation. Supplied accessories include a high-pressure fill hose, 12V battery cables, a 230V power cable, spare O-rings and a user manual. Maintenance and lifecycle The oil-free system removes the need for periodic lubrication and keeps maintenance low. Regular draining of the condensate separator is recommended for consistent air quality.
